I am Khalif Neville, a musician, filmmaker, and artist dedicated to the innovative use of virtual reality to create a new artistic language that transcends cultural and linguistic barriers.

 

This initiative centers around VR pop-ups globally, and eventually an in-device networked creative experience (software side isn’t quite there yet). These pop-ups allow people from diverse backgrounds to experience the transformative power of VR without needing their own equipment, and serve as a great introduction to the technology for those new to it. Utilizing cutting-edge tools like Unreal Engine 5, Logic Pro X, and Davinci Resolve, I create dynamic virtual worlds and characters. These “Narrative Azimuth Experiences” or NAEs are designed to be explored in a 360-degree VR environment, offering infinite perspectives on each story and character. (Because I am a big proponent of higher creative dimensions in communication/learning I have a folder which shows the production aesthetic and cool integration of things like AI into the creative fabric of my PR work via the first ever one of these I did with a session of Chat GPT where I primed it to be an interviewer and we had a fascinating reality bending conversation which… unfortunately did not record, thus why we test, but I did record the AI improv musical portion of it which you can view here for a better sense of the creativity I bring to my PR work https://f.io/OwGe4xX7 ) 

 

Given the innovative nature of this project and its appeal across various demographics, particularly the tech-savvy younger generation, I believe a partnership with your outlet could be mutually beneficial. We aim to leverage PR to elevate the profile of these VR pop-ups, showcasing their potential to bridge divides and connect people through this budding intersection of art and technology. 

 

I operate purely digitally through a platform called Riverside.fm which allows recording high quality iso and collective video files from a video conferenced interaction, so regardless of the primary format of your publication you would have high quality video and audio assets to use also through collaborating this way. The footage I supplied above was recorded in this manner so it is truly top level quality even though it is cloud based, I recommend everyone post such content as a podcast in audio only format and a YouTube Playalong for that podcast with visuals, this is the most resonant way to stimulate the algorithm in todays terms, so one of my goals is to enable all my collaborators to achieve as much reach as possible algorithmically, and doing a multi medium collaboration like this will supercharge that resonance.

My entire logistical framework is AI augmented, meaning my strategic and tactical approach to everything is synthetic, as in it was informed by a hybrid AI and human conceptual process, it is my opinion that such Synthetic Intelligence Tactical Harmonization (SITH) workflows are vastly more capable and flexible than traditional ones, and as such I aim to operate in a manner that can bring the profound impacts of synthetic operating to as many people across as many sectors as possible. With my background in music, film and now pushing the boundaries of tech, I aim to collaborate with as many 'channels' (Podcasts, YouTube channels, Radio shows, Publications etc.) as possible, in an effort to wield the SITH system to 'update' the societal OS into a much more efficient and equitable one. As when AI handles a majority of the logistics it can, speed and accuracy are both multiplied exponentially, so by leveraging my early access to fully optimized SITH workflows, I want to spread this new capability as evenly and broadly as possible.

 

The easiest way to do that is to invert the traditional mechanics of societal input, where traditionally I would only have possessed the bandwidth to engage with a small number of channels, now thanks to the most advanced production and networking tech, and all of my logistics systems being SITH systems, I am able to engage with a near infinite number of channels, so while I am taking a direct action approach to my societal input as well, I wanted to write this so anyone who was quantum tunneled here by a third party or who has discovered me organically, who has a 'channel' (which is a conduit for societal input as contained within the various categories I listed earlier) is encouraged to reach out, as given my modeling of all of this using some of my more advanced SITH systems, my production apparatus should well be able to handle the volume of input which will result from this RFP model of channel engagement.

I know this is all a bit sci-fi, but given it is much more equitable for any and everyone to have access to an open format system than for one party to try to connect with everyone directly, this is the future, and that's where I'm at, so I'll see you soon.
